Americode offers both professional and facility coders, available to work on-site, in all 50 states, with clients who are addressing a DNFB backlog, EMR conversion backlog, vacation coverage, or a need for specialists.
Being aware of the constantly evolving medical record Coding and Abstracting systems, Americode remote coders are frequently trained and educated to work on many different types of electronic systems (both hardware and software). All Americode remote coders are in country, and work from HIPAA compliant workstations.
Quality Assurance audits, External review audits, and Specialty audits ensure best coding practices are being performed. Americode QA audit recommendations are in line with AHIMA; we recommend one audit per quarter and no less than two audits per year.

Additionally, Americode helps to prepare coders to sit for their certification exams.
